Welcome to Flingo. By downloading, accessing, or using the Flingo app or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on Flingo, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You will comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws
• You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service
• You have read and agree to our Privacy Policy

2. Account Registration

To use Flingo you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and truthful information including your real age
• Use a recent, genuine photo of yourself as your profile picture
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
• Not create more than one account per person
• Not create an account on behalf of another person

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, including false age declarations.

3. Adult Content & Age-Restricted Service

Flingo is a dating app intended for adults aged 18 and above. The platform may contain adult-oriented content including but not limited to mature conversations, adult profile photos, and dating-related content.

• You must be 18+ to view, upload, or interact with any content on Flingo
• You must not share, forward, or make accessible any Flingo content to minors
• You must not upload explicit sexual content (nudity, pornographic material) in profile photos or public areas of the app
• Private content shared between consenting adults must not involve anyone under 18

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Flingo only for its intended purpose — connecting adults for dating, friendship, and relationships. You must NOT use Flingo to:

• Harass, threaten, bully, or intimidate other users
• Send unsolicited messages, spam, or promotional content
• Impersonate another person or create a fake profile
• Solicit money, financial assistance, or gifts from other users
• Engage in or promote prostitution, escort services, or sex work
• Share explicit sexual content without the other person's explicit consent
• Share another user's private information without their consent (doxxing)
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Scrape, copy, or harvest user data
• Use the app for any illegal purpose

5. User Content

You are responsible for all content you upload or share on Flingo, including photos, bio text, and messages. By uploading content, you grant Flingo a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your content solely for operating the Service.

You confirm that any content you upload:

• Is of yourself (for profile photos) and you are 18 or older in all photos
• Does not contain images of minors (under 18) in any context
• Does not violate any third party's intellectual property rights
• Does not contain obscene, hateful, or illegal material

6. Safety & Reporting

Your safety matters. If you encounter any user who:

• Appears to be under 18 years old
• Harasses, threatens, or abuses you
• Requests money or financial details
• Behaves in a suspicious or unsafe manner

Please use the in-app report function immediately or contact us at info.flingo@gmail.com. We investigate all reports and take prompt action.

Never meet someone in person who makes you feel unsafe. Always meet in public places and inform a trusted person of your whereabouts.

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or permanently terminate your account, without notice, if you:

• Are found to be under 18 years of age
• Violate any provision of these Terms
• Engage in abusive, illegal, or harmful behavior
• Provide false information during registration
• Are reported by multiple users for misconduct

You may delete your own account at any time from the Settings screen in the app.

8. Intellectual Property

The Flingo app, website, logo, and all associated content are owned by Flingo Inc and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Flingo's content without our written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Flingo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that matches will result in relationships. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user, whether online or offline.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flingo Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to personal injury, emotional distress, or loss of data resulting from user interactions.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Flingo after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email.
